New Dutch Cuisine at 101 Gowrie | Pijp area (CLOSED)

101 Gowrie is the home address where Alex Haupt grew up in Australia and the name of his new to open restaurant at the Amsterdam Pijp Area. The food at 101 Gowrie can be defined as New Dutch Cuisine and the pictures are looking really promising. 

101 Gowrie embraces the traditions, local produce and history of the Netherlands by using Dutch products and taking inspiration from the country's food history and culture to create their menu. The wines served are imported from all over the world, including some exclusive Australian wines that will only be available at 101 Gowrie. All wines are made by small producers who work with respect for the environment, minimal intervention and mainly by hand.
